On 16 September 2015, the District Court in Ljubljana made a decision in the compulsory settlement proceedings against the debtor Sava d.d. that the preventive restructuring proceedings against the debtor, which is conducted in the matter of the same court Ref. no. St 5837/2014, is terminated and the compulsory settlement proceedings against the debtor is initiated instead. The proposing parties should submit a proposal of compulsory settlement included in their financial restructuring within three months after initiating the compulsory settlement proceedings (public announcement on the Ajpes website, 16 September 2015).
The District Court in Ljubljana establishes that according to the assessed criteria Sava d.d. and Gorenjska banka d.d. are not the associated companies (public announcement on the Ajpes website, 16 September 2015).
The court establishes that procedural preconditions for initiating the compulsory settlement proceedings were fulfilled and decides that the compulsory settlement proceedings against the debtor Sava d.d. thus begin based on both proposals: a group of creditors including Gorenjska banka, d.d., Zavarovalnica Triglav, d.d., Unicredit banka Slovenija, d.d., Pokojninska družba A, d.d., Skupna pokojninska družba, d.d., Skupna, d.d., and Skupna pokojninska družba, d.d., and the creditor DUTB, d.d. (public announcement on the Ajpes website, 16 September 2015).
In the compulsory settlement proceedings, the Management Board of Sava d.d. will cooperate with the proposing parties within the framework of regulatory provisions and will strive for a successful performance of compulsory settlement proceedings, with equal treatment and the highest possible repayment of all creditors as well as with further development and integration of tourism companies, which this year mark excellent business results.
