At its 3rd correspondence meeting held on 28 January 2014, the Supervisory Board was briefed about a temporary appointment of the present member of the Management Board of Sava d.d., Andrej Andoljšek, to the office of president of the Management Board of Gorenjska Banka d.d., which he will carry out until the selection procedure for a new president of the Management Board of Gorenjska Banka d.d. is finalised.

In the nine months of 2014, the Sava Group companies generated sales revenues of €48.2 million, which was 5% down on the same period last year and 4% below the planned revenues. A net loss of €4.4 million was made. The Tourism companies ended the period with a net profit of €2.4 million, whereas Sava d.d. made a net loss of €6.6 million, and the companies of other operations a net loss of €0.2 million. The assets and liabilities structure of the Sava Group did not change significantly with regard to the end of 2013.

Sava d.d. proposed a preventive restructuring proceeding

In accordance with the Financial Operations, Insolvency Proceedings and Compulsory Dissolution Act (the ZFPPIPP Act), a proposal for initiating a preventive financial restructuring proceeding was brought before the Ljubljana District Court by Sava d.d. on Wednesday, 26 November 2014.

The District Court in Ljubljana adopted a decision on initiating a preventive restructuring proceeding of the company Sava d.d. The proposal for initiating the proceeding was filed by Sava d.d. in order to assure equal treatment of all creditors, protect their interest and assets in accordance with the Financial Operations, Insolvency Proceedings and Compulsory Dissolution Act (the ZFPPIPP Act).
