The Supervisory Board of Sava d.d. held an extraordinary meeting on 8 June 2015, on the occasion of which the members were briefed about the report by the Management Board on the activities and measures in relation to the recent procedures and steps taken by DUTB, d.d. (hereinafter: BAMC), as well as about the content of media communication on the part of BAMC.
The Supervisory Board has agreed with the finding by the Management Board that the statement – repeated several times – on exhausting the company Sava Turizem d.d. by Sava d.d., which BAMC attributed to the mandate of the current Management Board, is not correct. The Supervisory Board has assigned the Management Board the duty of protecting reputation of Sava d.d. by introducing appropriate measures and all remedies necessary. Furthermore, the Management Board shall ensure stability of operations of both Sava d.d. and the Sava Group as well as equal treatment of all creditors.
