After a public invitation for submission of tenders for selling 1,690,305 shares of the company Istrabenz d.d., being listed on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange under the share designation ITBG and offered by the company Petrol d.d., Ljubljana, had been announced on 12 October 2012, Sava d.d. has today signed the contract and became the owner of 845,153 shares or a 16.32% shareholding of the company Istrabenz, d.d.
By way of acquiring the ITBG shares – at present low share prices – the renewed Sava is searching for its opportunities in the optimisation and a potential consolidation of its strategic investments, which forms a part of the business financial strategy restructuring of the Sava Group until 2014.
