The Management Board of Sava d.d. is of opinion that after the proposal of financial restructuring plan was filed by the creditors, it is vital that care is taken – continuously and without delay – for the implementation of the target contents of strategic consolidation, internationalisation and synergetic operations of the companies Sava Turizem d.d., Hoteli Bernardin, d.d. and Istrabenz Turizem, d.d., which all form a tourism pillar that is based on the strategic investments by Sava d.d.
For this reason, the Management Board of Sava d.d. expresses its support to the supervisory and management bodies of the abovementioned companies in the performance of the activities for the realisation of the above defined goals, which, undoubtedly, leads to even better business results and will increase the value for the owners and the creditors.
