On 16 December 2015, the District Court in Ljubljana decided in the matter of compulsory settlement proceedings against Sava d.d. and ruled that the period for filing a proposal of compulsory settlement, being a part of the financial restructuring plan (a subsequent proposal of compulsory settlement), be extended until 16 February 2016.
On 16 December 2015, the District Court in Ljubljana decided in the matter of compulsory settlement proceedings against Sava d.d. and ruled that the period for filing a proposal of compulsory settlement, being a part of the financial restructuring plan (a subsequent proposal of compulsory settlement), be extended until 16 February 2016.
By doing so, the Court approved the application for extension of the period for filing the compulsory settlement proposal, which had been lodged by the creditors applicants and had also been unanimously supported by the creditors’ committee consisting of DUTB, d.d., York Global Finance Offshore BDH, Networld, Inc., Pokojninska družba A, d.d., and Petrol, d.d. This additional, two-month, period enables preparation of a quality financial restructuring plan that will enjoy a suitable support of creditors in the phase of voting, too.
