Sava d.d. fulfils the conditions for preventive restructuring proceeding
The District Court in Ljubljana adopted a decision on initiating a preventive restructuring proceeding of the company Sava d.d. The proposal for initiating the proceeding was filed by Sava d.d. in order to assure equal treatment of all creditors, protect their interest and assets in accordance with the Financial Operations, Insolvency Proceedings and Compulsory Dissolution Act (the ZFPPIPP Act).
Adopting this decision means that Sava d.d. fulfils the conditions for preventive restructuring proceeding. The confirmed initiation of preventive restructuring proceeding enables Sava d.d. to take further steps towards repayment of financial receivables, achieving synergetic effects in the Tourism division, optimisation of operations of the renewed Sava Group and preventing the risk of selling-off the assets.
