The Supervisory Board of Sava d.d. appointed a temporary member of the Management Board of Sava d.d.
At its 3rd correspondence meeting held on 28 January 2014, the Supervisory Board was briefed about a temporary appointment of the present member of the Management Board of Sava d.d., Andrej Andoljšek, to the office of president of the Management Board of Gorenjska Banka d.d., which he will carry out until the selection procedure for a new president of the Management Board of Gorenjska Banka d.d. is finalised.
For the time of absence of Andrej Andoljšek, the Supervisory Board of Sava d.d. appointed Aleš Aberšek a temporary member of the Management Board of Sava d.d. in accordance with the second paragraph of Article 273 of the Companies Act.
As a temporary member of the Management Board of Sava d.d., Aleš Aberšek is assuming all work tasks of the absent Management Board member as of the appointment day, i.e. 28 January 2014, and manages the company jointly with the president of the Management Board, Matej Narat, MSc. During suspension of Aberšek’s office as a Supervisory Board member, the Supervisory Board of Sava d.d. will operate as an 8-member team.
