Based on the consent by the Supervisory Board of the company, the management of Sava d.d., signed the contract on the sale of Rubber Manufacturing yesterday evening. The selected strategic partner and the signatory of the already concluded contract is the Czech rubber company ČGS a.s., which has emerged as the winner from this competitive sale process.
