Consortium for joint sales of shares of Gorenjska banka created
A consortium for joint sale of shareholdings in Gorenjska banka d.d. has been successfully created by Sava d.d., as it was noted by the commission of signatories to the agreement to steer the sale process.
The holders of shares of Gorenjska banka d.d. acceded to the joint sales agreement. Their total ownership represents the majority shareholding or more than 50% share in the Gorenjska banka d.d. subscribed capital which will, of course, enable them to achieve a more favourable sales price. The disposal of the shareholding in Gorenjska banka d.d. is also an integral part of the Sava d.d. financial restructuring plan.
