The first meeting of the Supervisory Board of Sava d.d.
On 29 June 2016, the members of the Supervisory Board of Sava d.d. held the constituent meeting.
In accordance with the Rules of Procedure of the Supervisory Board, the most senior member of the Supervisory Board, Miro Medvešek, chaired the meeting. The Supervisory Board passed the resolution that Miro Medvešek shall act as temporary Chairman of the Supervisory Board. The Supervisory Board will be finally constituted and will appoint its commissions when the remaining members obtain approval from the court.
