Notification of major holdings
Pursuant to the provisions of the Financial Instruments Market Act, Sava d.d. herewith announces that on 11 March 2016 it received a notification from Družba za upravljanje terjatev bank, d.d., Davčna ulica 1, Ljubljana (hereafter: BAMC) of a change in major holdings showing that after finalising the merging procedure on 19 February 2016, BAMC acquired 103,277 Sava shares, representing 5.15% of total shares issued by Sava d.d.
