The SA03 Bondholders' Meeting
A meeting of the holders of the SA03 bonds issued by Sava, d.d. was held on 18 February 2016 in Bled. The meeting was convened upon request by DUTB, d.d., which holds more than one tenth of the SA03 bonds issue. 24,698 bonds or 93.2% of total bonds issued were represented in the meeting.
The proposed resolution was worded as follows: ”The fiduciary Abanka, d.d. shall be authorized for signing the Agreement on the Establishment of the Consortium for the Joint Sale of the Shares and shall be given the task of signing and acceding to the Agreement on the Establishment of the Consortium for the Joint Sale of the Shares on behalf of and for the account of the SA03 bondholders.” 24,563 bonds or 99.5% of the total number of bonds represented in the meeting voted in favour of the resolution, thereby adopting it.
